Quinoa is really one of the super food greats, wholesome and packed with essential amino acids, protein and vitamins. I have officially surrendered all store bought cereals and now have this Quinoa Porridge as one of my breakfast options. This recipe is a fantastic way to incorporate this amazing seed into your diet and make it a really tasty meal.

Serves | Prep Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

400ml well cooled brown rice milk (or a milk of your choice, almond milk works very well)
160g cooked and cooled quinoa
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp raisins
A handful of Blueberries (or try it with Moni’s range of granolas)

Add the cinnamon to the quinoa and mix well. Then stir in the raisins and fruits (or granola). Lastly, pour in the milk and just enjoy.
