My parents had a papaya tree in their garden and I grew up enjoying this wonderful fruit every season. It has such an amazing unique flavour and is perfect for smoothies. Papaya is absolutely loaded with Vitamins A & C, magnesium and beta-carotene and is a great antioxidant. Don’t get me started on chia seeds, calcium, iron, magnesium and poly and mono unsaturated fats.

Ingredients

1 small papaya cut in small pieces
½ Banana sliced
1 tsp Lucuma powder
1 tsp Chia seeds
300ml (1 glass) of brown rice milk or any milk of your choice

Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 30 seconds.
