Ingredients
150g spelt flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch os salt
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
200ml coconut milk or any of your preference
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until a smooth batter. If the batter is too thick add a bit more of milk.
Place a pan in a medium heat and when warm, pour 2 tbsp of the batter, add some blueberries and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with your fave toppings and maple syrup.
