Moni’s festively scrumptious Xmas spiced chocolate. Beautifully textured chocolatey cookies that are a great seasonal treat. Serve with your favourite hot beverage, or just simply enjoy any time of the day.
SERVES A CROWND| PREP TIME 5 MINUTES | COOKING TIME 15 MINUTES
Ingredients
- 100g oats
- 50g oats flour
- 250g almond flour
- 2 tbsp all spice
- 6 tbsp raw cacao
- 40g coconut oil
- 150g coconut sugar
- 2 large free-range egg
- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp orange zest
- Pinch hamalyan salt
Preheat the oven to 180ºC and line 2 large baking trays with baking parchment paper.
Place the flours, raw cacao, spices, oats, salt, orange zest and cinnamon into a large bowl and mix together well. In another large bowl, cream the sugar and coconut oil together until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs, vanilla and whisk to combine.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden and slightly soft in middle.
