Moni’s cranberry sauce, a wonderfully nutritious version of the sweet and tart classic. A must for any meal in the festive period.

SERVES 16| PREP TIME 2 MINUTES | COOKING TIME 30 MINUTES

Ingredients

  • 500g fresh cranberries
  •  zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • zest and juice of 2 oranges
  • 70g coconut sugar
  • 8tbsp maple syrup

 

Place all the ingredients in a pan and simmer on a lower heat for 30 minutes, mixing every 5 minutes so they don’t stick to the botton of the pan. Allow to cool before serving.
