Ingredients
200g mushrooms sliced
2 garlic cloves chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp miso paste
Salt & pepper
Coriander chopped
Handful of rocket
Splash of water
2 slice of sourdough toast or any of your preference
In a large pan over a medium heat, add the olive oil. Once warm, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Then add the mushrooms, miso paste, a splash of water. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste.
Toast the bread, then spoon the mushrooms on top, rocket and a sprinkle with coriander an enjoy.
