Makes 12 | Prep time: 3 minutes | Cooking time: 20 minutes |

Ingredients

150g of rice flour
150g oats flour
1 tbsp flaxseed (can use chia)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp maple syrup
30g coconut oil
Pinch of hamalyan salt
1 ripe banana mashed (about 120g)
400ml coconut milk

Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and combine well. Add the liquid ingredients and whisk well till a smooth thick batter, add the mashed banana and combine again.

In a pan add 1 tsp of coconut oil and when warm drop 3 tbsp of the batter. Cook for 4 minutes on each side. Enjoy.
